The PanBlast™ ABN Long Series Nozzles are designed as a cost effective, general purpose blast nozzles, suitable to a wide range of abrasive blasting applications.

ABN nozzles feature boron inserts. Boron provides longer wear life and lighter weight, while the aluminium jacket provides an excellent level of robustness and durability, making the ABN nozzles well suited to many of today's most arduous blasting applications.

The venturi design of the ABN nozzles provide supersonic performance, which greatly increases the abrasive velocity and enhances cleaning speed.

ABN nozzles are available in sizes ranging from number 4 (6mm or 1/4") through to number 8 (12.5mm or 1/2"). The ABN-4 nozzle feature a 25mm (1") rear entry, while all other sizes use a larger 32mm (1 1/4") rear entry.

All PanBlast™ ABN Long Series Nozzles also feature the 50mm (2") contractor style coarse style thread.

    Lower blasting cost!

Posted by TK Lee on 3rd Jan 2012

We're a shipyard running a lot of #6 nozzles. Normally we use tungsten nozzles but decided to run borons since this website offered a good volume price compared to price from local distributor for Boride nozzle. Nozzle life is really good, much longer than tungsten. Our per m2 blasting cost is reduced by 30-40%, depending on original steel condition using and abrasive type (we used slag and garnet). Next time we will stock up and order more quantity using Wholesale price for even more discount and meet/exceed our "cost down" objectives.
